What do you need to do, right now, to move forward as your authentic, best self? Maybe it's adopting healthier habits around sleep, stress, nutrition, or exercise, finding a new career path, or making a change in your relationships. Maybe it's all of the above — or none of it. Maybe not knowing is scary. Maybe you feel so far from where you want to be that you don't know how to start. I'm here to tell you that it's not easy, but that you can do it — right now, from where you are, with what you have.

Grounded in the principles of positive psychology and encompassing discoveries in neuroscience, behavioral science, and mindfulness, coaching is a partnership engaged in a "thought-provoking and creative process" that inspires you to move beyond what you think is possible and to thrive in a space of well-designed, unlimited potential. In other words: We work together to help you grow and glow.

Through coaching, you clearly define your future and authentically live into it with mindfulness and intention, and I'm there as a coach to help you navigate the process and to encourage your success.

I know that the work is sometimes hard and scary. It takes vulnerability, a willingness to be open-minded, and an acceptance of the belief that you have the power to change anything — those mindsets don't come overnight, and you don't have to find them alone. I'll partner with you in a space where you can feel safe to find your authentic voice; share your goals, visions, and values; and co-create a meaningful, tangible path toward growth. Growth can mean anything: a healthier lifestyle, an answer to the ever-pressing "what do I want to do with my life?" question, a specific new job or career, improved relationships, or bigger, broader goals you may not even know you have. We'll uncover what's important and build a system to support your flourishing. The choice is always yours, and I'm here to empower you to make it, learn about yourself, do the work, be the person you want to be, and shine.

coaching options

I offer two different styles of wellness coaching: one-on-one sessions where we'll work to determine your individual goals and values to promote change; and group workshops developed around specific areas of wellness.


Your first session with me is always free — we will talk through your concerns, goals, and ideas to make sure that I'm a good fit for you as a coach and this process will be valuable.

Change doesn't happen overnight, and it takes time to break down walls and rebuild systems to support your growth. I recommend that new clients plan to schedule 5 additional sessions beyond the initial consultation. Meeting once per week or every other also ensures that we keep up our momentum and stay on track.

Group Workshops

In addition to individual coaching, I also offer group workshops on a variety of wellness topics, ranging from creating sustainable habits to using yoga for personal growth. Workshops are usually limited to less than 10 participants and are a great way to engage with community members and learn more about a particular subject or area of wellness.
